By accessing MapMyStudy website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Communication Policy

• You will receive information via SMS, email and phone call regarding what MapMyStudy perceive to be of your interest based on your usage history and browsing history. This includes providing information relating to offers, discounts and general information by MapMyStudy. If you do not wish to receive such information, please email us directly at info@mapmystudy.com and ask to be removed from the mailing list.

Payments

• MapMyStudy shall charge the fee for the services & Plans provided as per the offerings shared on the website. By using the services which are subject to payment, as mentioned therein, you accept to pay for the same before using the services.
• MapMyStudy uses third party payment providers to receive payments from user. MapMyStudy is not responsible for delays or erroneous transactions execution or cancellation of orders due to payment issues. MapMyStudy takes utmost care to work with 3rd party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology and work flows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers.
• The fee to be charged by MapMyStudy from users shall be decided solely by MapMyStudy and the user/s shall have no right/say to interfere in the same.

• All prices, products and offers on mapmysudy.com website are subject to change without notice.
• While we make sure to provide most up-to-date information and accurate information, in some cases items on our web site may be priced incorrectly. This might happen due to human errors, digital images, technical error or a mismatch in pricing information received from our providers.
• PAC Asia reserves the right to change prices for all our products, offers or deals. These changes are done due to market conditions, course termination, providers, price changes, errors in advertisements and other mitigating circumstances. However the price you paid at the time of purchase still holds for you.
• There are certain products which require additional terms and conditions which you have to agree before you make the purchase.
• We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to any plans / products or services presented or sold on or through mapmystudy or PAC Asia Eduserve LLP. Please read and understand all refund policies (if any)

Personal Information

Provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by EDUPROTECT registration form (both personal and professional information).
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, MapMyStudy has the right to suspend or terminate or block access to your registration with the website.

Service Related Details (Policy Document Use Only)

You are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password. You are responsible for all the activities that occur under your User ID and Password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by MapMyStudy registration form (both personal and professional information), maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete at all times;
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use/access of your password or account or any other breach of security.
• Provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by EDUPROTECT registration form (both personal and professional information).
• If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete MapMyStudy has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Agreement, MapMyStudy has the right to suspend or terminate or block access of your registration with the website.

You agree to ensure that you will ensure that you avail the services with due care and due diligence and as per the terms & conditions of the respective service you are availing. The confirmed session should be cancelled, a day prior to the confirmed date, incase the applicant fails to do so or is unavailable at confirmed date and time, the session will be marked as conducted and will be deducted from the total sessions.

• Each Session will be of 30-45 approx mins unless defined earlier.
• The sessions are non-transferable from one service to another.

Delivery of the service can not be guaranteed if the student:

• Miss any confirmed sessions
• Continue to miss pre-work assignment before the deadline
• Keeps postponing the session or the pre work assignment

Extra Charges will be applicable for the extra sessions out of the subscribed plans

• Scholarship Services: INR 10000
• Institute Selection: INR 500*
• Invite to '1 on 1' counselling & Mentorship sessions: INR 2500/session
• Subscription to Application & Visa Services: INR 2500
• Financial Planning: INR 1500/Session
• SOP and Essay Services : INR 2500
